Learning, Engaging and Winning

Published by Glenn Behenna, Programme Director/Lecturer at University of Wales Trinity Saint David (Business School)

Thanks to some inspirational ideas from David Griffiths and observing a recent MBA class he ran, along with being enthused by David's recent article and approach to active learning, I have introduced some of his suggestions into my BA Business Management, Managing People sessions at Level 5 i.e. music, mini peer teaching etc. all of which are adding to the rich discussions which this group of learners and I have already firmly established.

I appreciate that I'm fortunate to have a good mix of capable and confident mature students and younger students in my learner group who through my facilitation interact most effectively.  They are a pleasure to work with and we learn from one another. Learner feedback is particularly positive, so thanks David : -)

Yes, back up your points there; Thanks David for the pocket sized but very useful suggestions to drive more interactivity into sessions!
